Seed is our exclusive platform designed for early-stage startups that are in the pre-revenue phase or have been developing a working prototype. This initiative follows a hybrid model, combining equity and a success fee. Equity is allocated to our core team in exchange for strategic guidance and year-long mentorship, ensuring start-ups receive expert support in their crucial formative phase. Additionally, a success fee is applied as we assist these startups in securing funding across multiple investment rounds.
MVP/Post Seed
The MVP/Post Seed Platform offers startups an option to raise funds up to USD 100k- 500k , with a minimum investment of ₹5 lakh per investor.
We currently have 2000+ angel investors on our angel platform. Our process is as illustrated below
Series round
Investment deck and financial model are shared with shortlisting team comprising of only senior partners
Detailed discussion on business plan and financial model post agreement of terms & format in physical/video meeting with the founders
High Tables platform has two formats for raising funds
Physical showcase (Mumbai, Bengaluru or Delhi) or video showcase in front of 15-30 investors
Founders are only connected with interested investors after an initial showcase
Completion of financial due diligence & legal documentation when closer to total fund raise amount
Funds transfer to operating account and issuance of share certificates to all investors
System triggered follow up mails to all investee companies to share quarterly update to all investors
