Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development and meet revenue targets through strategic sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Identify client needs and deliver tailored consulting solutions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to capture opportunities
Lead and mentor sales/consulting teams to achieve performance goals
Negotiate contracts and manage project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor financial performance and provide management reports

Turnkey Setups:

Agriculture: Mushroom farms, hydroponics units, cold storage setups
Jewelry, Cosmetics, FMCG : Unit setup, machinery procurement, workflow design
VC & Compliance: Tracking deliverables for funding and regulatory applications


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consulting and Sales Manager, located in Pune. This role involves identifying and acquiring clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and team performance. The individual will be responsible for providing consulting services, executing business strategies, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business solutions, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate will also be involved in preparing financial models and budgets, as well as facilitating communication between stakeholders.


Qualifications

MBA degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Min 2 years of experience in Sales team management, project management and execution
Analytical Skills and Finance skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
Proven ability to drive business growth and sales
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site in Pune and occasionally visit client location


What We Offer:

Fixed salary up to ₹30000-₹40,000/month
